Hello! Happy Tuesday ! Back in my teaching era, all I wanted was a makerspace—a spot where creativity could explode. It is because all those boring, windowless, stuffy classrooms literally sucked the soul right out of me. But a makerspace? Oh, the magic I could’ve made there with my students, turning math and engineering into something that sparks curiosity and excitement. I used to escape to the makerspace teacher’s room whenever I could, scheming up cool projects together. My absolute fave? A laser cutter. Seriously, that thing was chef’s kiss.
Fast forward a few years (okay, A LOT of years), and bam—last week, life leveled up. I got my hands on the xTool F1 Ultra, aka the Rolls Royce of laser cutters. Big deal to you? Probably not. Big deal for me? Oh, 100%. Now, my garage isn't just a garage—it’s officially a MAKERSPACE. Yup, I said it. Makerspace.
